Class times – Saturday 10am – 11am
Practice makes perfect! Looking to get some extra aerial training to gain those tricky moves you learnt in class? You can choose from silks or hoop and will have the piece of equipment to yourself for the full hour. The session is a weekly drop in class so you can pick and choose when you would like to attend. This way you can fit it around your busy work and life schedules. There will be a teacher present during the session to make sure you don’t get stuck in the air, and also to help give you some inspiration if you run out of training ideas. This class is for both juniors and adults.
