Additional massages can be booked during the weekend with Helina Griffiths, who has 15 years as an aerial circus performer before moving into the world of remedial sports massage. She has a unique blend of advanced therapeutic techniques and an in-depth understanding of athletic bodies and body mechanics.
Our aerial workshops are led by our incredible Cirque de Silk dream team:
✨ Phoebe Hoyle – Rope & Silks, queen of dynamic power moves
✨ Talulah Jones – Hoop & Silks, master of all things spin
✨ Hettie Parramore – Hoop doubles, Silks doubles, bringing the flex, flow and creative flair
Across the retreat weekend, you’ll enjoy aerial workshops, tailored to suit your level and interests. Before the retreat, you’ll get to choose your workshop combos, think Silks Spinning & Flow, Dynamic Sequences, Bendy back bends, split shapes or Hoop Strap Work & Drops. This way, you can lean into what lights you up or try something new with supportive guidance.
You’ll also have time for aerial self-practice (a chance to explore, refine or just play!) and to top it all off an aerial photoshoot to capture your strength, grace and sparkle.
Beautiful modern cottages with multiple toilets, ensuites, drawing rooms, kitchens and
outdoor areas.
Take a moment to relax in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, which can be used whenever you please throughout the weekend. We will have socials around the log burners in the evening, taking a moment to chill out after a busy day of workshops.
Visit the glorious woodland on site which is used for many ceremonies throughout the year. If you want to get closer to nature and take your mind off our usual hectic lives this is the place to do it! With beautiful fairy walkways, carved woodland areas and serene landscape you won’t be disappointed.
