We run evening adult classes throughout the week in aerial silks and aerial hoop. These classes range from beginner to advanced ability. Our adult classes are booked in 5 week courses and run throughout the year. We occasionally run foundation courses in aerial silks and aerial hoop for students to get the basics and fundamentals in the discipline before joining a beginner class. Keep an eye out for them on our booking system!
We also offer regular workshops and intensive programmes for our students throughout the year. This can include some of the following disciplines but are not limited to: trapeze, aerial rope, acrobatics, yoga, pole, dance and more!

We have an annual showcase which we hold with all of our adult students at Cirque de Silk. This exciting event is a chance for our students to unleash their creativity and step out of their comfort zones. Each participant will craft a unique performance to share with friends and family, showcasing their hard work and dedication.
The evening promises to be a spectacular blend of circus arts, aerial performances, and captivating entertainment, all set against the stunning backdrop of Crispin Hall. With vibrant lights, immersive sound, and our impressive aerial rigs, it’s an experience you won’t want to miss!
We have multiple different performance opportunities for our adult students throughout the year. Students who are training at a high level and have a passion for performing will be asked join the performing troupe to attend events throughout the year. This can be at festivals, corporate and community events.
£10 per session (1 parent and 2 children) £3 for any additional child

Do you find it difficult to attend our adult classes due to family commitments? Well this class is perfect for you! You can attend and bring your little one with you. They can be babies, toddlers or pre-school age!

This class is aimed at both the parents and the little ones getting both of you in the air at a relaxed pace. This class is less high intensity than our usual adult classes making it perfect for new parents. You’ll meet other new parents and your children can meet new friends for too! We work with you at your own pace and never push you out of your comfort zone. If you have a little monkey that loves hanging upside down and swinging around this class is definitely for them!
