We have a range of classes which take place at our studio, The Aerial Attic. We combine aerial arts with yoga, stretch, handstands, and circus skills! So if you don’t fancy going upside down but want a calming morning yoga session we can cater for you.

Aerial silks is a circus and gymnastics art where you’re suspended in the air by two lengths of fabric rigged from a high point. Your body wraps and knots around the fabric whilst striking incredible positions and drops.
Our classes are available to all sizes,
abilities and ages, you can never be too old to join us in the air.
As well as achieving a new spectacular skill, you also get to meet an amazing group of supportive aerial friends who will help cheer you on to get that difficult trick! It is the perfect balance of self-care, and physical gains.

We have performance opportunities which are offered to our students as well as our own student showcase which we run twice a year.

Looking for a good starting place into the aerial world? Aerial hoop could be the class for you! Aerial Hoop also known as aerial lyra is a suspended steel hoop in the air which our students make beautiful, elegant positions on. Not only can you look glamorous striking shapes on the hoop you can also try daring drops and spinning work. Hoop is a good place to start as a beginner
into aerial, as once you’re up and in the hoop you can stay there! Saying this, there is plenty of room for improvement and development with hoop and you’ll
see some of our advanced aerialists on a hoop in our showcases. Not only do we build physical gains in this class we also focus on boosting self confidence, achieving personal goals, and giving yourself that time to breathe, away from a hectic work or home life.
Do your child love spending most of their time hanging upside down on monkey bars? Our aerial hoop class could be the best class for them! Aerial Hoop also known as aerial lyra is a suspended steel hoop in the air which our students make strong elegant positions on. We will teach strength conditioning, flexibility training, and creativity flow in our classes. Not only will you learn to hang upside down and make striking shapes on the hoop, you will also be taught daring rolls and spinning work.
Our private classes are the perfect way to gain more focused training dedicated to you, it is the best way to progress fast in aerial training! We would plan the private class around your individual needs and inspirations. We have a wonderful selection of teachers you can choose
to book with, just let us know when you email to book a session. You can book either a 1hour or 30 minute aerial private in aerial silks, aerial hoop and aerial rope.
Practice makes perfect! Looking for to get some extra aerial training in to gain those tricky moves you learnt in class? Come along to our aerial self practice session on Saturdays 10am – 11am, you can choose from silks or hoop and will have the piece of equipment to yourself for the full hour. The session is a weekly drop in class so you can pick and choose when you would like to attend. This way you can fit it around your busy work and life schedules. There will be a teacher present during the session to make sure you don’t get stuck in the air, and
also to help give you some inspiration if you run out of training ideas. Self practice sessions tend to get very busy when we are coming up to a student showcase as our students are looking to get in all the extra practice that is available. This class is for both juniors and adults.
A popular new favourite! This is the perfect place for new parents to get back into fitness or
aerial training with their little ones. Or for those energetic, adventurous toddlers who need
to burn off some energy and try flying in the air! We create a safe welcoming environment
for both the parents and children. We structure the class so you can both learn new skills in
the hour but it is also a relaxed, open space in-case you need to attend to any children
emergencies like feeding, changing or having some quiet time. Come join in the fun!
We run our group classes during term time, and have the holidays off to run
intensives, holiday clubs, workshops and more. Our group classes tend to run in 4 week courses.
Once you’ve booked onto a course your space will be reserved unless you want to leave the class.
